They utilize non-violent, direct-action methods of resistance to confront and challenge the illegal Israeli occupation forces and policies.

Jewish Friends of Palestine - Many Jewish individuals and organizations have openly declared their opposition to the current situation - some against the current policies of the Israeli government, others against the continued occupation, and others even against Israel and the Zionist ideal as a whole. A large part of the idea here is to illustrate the diversity of Jewish opinion and perspectives that support a free Palestinian state.

Their work focuses on presenting an accurate picture of life in Palestine and offering people the opportunity to express solidarity with the Palestinian people. We have campaigns, such as the Olive Tree Campaign, which aims to replant 50,000 olive trees in the Palestinian Territories, to keep hope alive for the farmers whose land is threatended with confiscation by the Israeli army, settlers or the separation wall, and to encourage them to stay on their land. We also market the products of disadvantaged Palestinians, whose income depends on the land through the Al Ard Al Taybeh Campaign (The Good Earth Campaign).

Liberal Democrat Friends of Palestine - "But there will be no peace in the Middle East while the Palestinians are subject to humiliation, settlements are expanded on the West Bank and the Palestinian people have no viable homeland they can call their own. As long as this continues, Israel's legal and moral right to live in peace behind secure and recognised borders will be undermined." Menzies Campbell September 2006.

New Profile - is a group which is not yet so famous but which has set itself an even more radical task. In the words of one of its activists:“New Profile is a feminist movement of both women and men working to de-militarise Israeli society, to change it into a truly civic society, to reverse the military mind sets that govern our lives and generate war after war.

Women`s Organization for Political Prisoners (WOFPP) - WOFPP is a group of women united in their opposition to Israeli occupation. The organization was established in 1988 and is based in Tel Aviv. WOFPP's aim is to support women political prisoners and to promote the release of all political prisoners who have struggled or are accused of having struggled against the Israeli occupation and are held in Israeli jails. WOFPP's support consists in monitoring the conditions of the women political prisoners and resisting policies of suppression that violate their rights.

The Peace Cycle - The Peace Cycle was formed in 2003 by Brian Moran and Laura Abraham. Both had followed the situation in Israel and Palestine for years and were appalled by the injustice the Palestinian people have endured for so long. Prior to meeting, they had both resolved that year to do something positive to raise awareness of this injustice, and by a fateful coincidence had separately decided to organise bike rides for peace. But after hearing about each other’s almost identical plans through the Palestine Solidarity Campaign, they arranged to meet in London in Spring 2003, and agreed to join forces to organise the first ever London to Jerusalem Bike Ride.
